Privacy Policy
How Dongguan Tianying Mold Fitting Limited collects, uses and protects personal data on this website and in our business email.
Last updated: 16 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers both this website and the business-to-business email we send.
1. Who we are
We are Dongguan Tianying Mold Fitting Limited, a manufacturer of mold cooling components at NO.9 Dongda 1 Street, Dongda Road, Shatou, Changan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, write to sales@tianyingmoldparts.com or call +86 13809618939.
2. What we collect on this website
When you send an inquiry through our contact form we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the product and quantity you are asking about, and your message. We use them only to answer your inquiry and to follow up on it.
You do not need an account to use this site, and we do not ask for payment details here.
Our servers also record the technical data any web server receives, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this to keep the site running and to detect abuse.
3. Cookies, analytics and measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are useful. These tools may set cookies or read a device identifier, and Google may process the resulting data on servers outside your country, including in the United States.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.
We do not use this data to build profiles of individual visitors, and we do not sell it.
4. Business contact data used for direct outreach
We contact companies that may buy the parts we make. To do that we collect business contact details — company name, business email address, business phone number, country and website — from publicly available sources such as company websites, public business directories and search engines.
We do not buy contact lists, and we do not access private accounts.
Every outreach email we send includes a way to opt out. If you ask us to stop, we stop, and we keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we do not contact you again.
We write to business addresses about business matters. If our email reached you at a personal address and you would rather not hear from us, reply to it or use the opt-out link and we will remove you.
5. Why we process your data
- Your inquiry: to take the steps you asked for before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- Direct outreach: our legitimate interest in promoting our products to other businesses. You can object at any time and we will stop.
- Analytics: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.
- Legal obligations: where we must keep records to comply with tax, accounting or other laws.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not build profiles of you.
6. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as needed for that purpose:
- Website hosting and analytics: Vercel Inc.
- Email delivery: Resend, which transmits contact-form notifications to our mailbox.
- Content management: Sanity.
- Web analytics: Google LLC (Google Analytics 4).
Some of these providers operate outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred out of your region, these providers maintain transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell personal data, and we disclose it to authorities only where the law requires it.
7. How long we keep data
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them.
We keep business contact records for as long as they are relevant to our sales activity, and delete them when they are not — or immediately after you object.
We keep opt-out records for longer, because we need them in order to honour your request.
Server logs and analytics data are retained only for the period configured in those services.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- ask us to correct data that is wrong;
- ask us to delete your data;
- object to our use of your data, including for direct marketing;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data;
- complain to your local data-protection authority.
Write to sales@tianyingmoldparts.com and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will do so without requiring a reason.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or practices change. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Substantive changes will appear on this page.
