When you send an inquiry through our contact form we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number, company name, the product and quantity you are asking about, and your message. We use them only to answer your inquiry and to follow up on it.

You do not need an account to use this site, and we do not ask for payment details here.

Our servers also record the technical data any web server receives, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use this to keep the site running and to detect abuse.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are useful. These tools may set cookies or read a device identifier, and Google may process the resulting data on servers outside your country, including in the United States.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.

We do not use this data to build profiles of individual visitors, and we do not sell it.

We contact companies that may buy the parts we make. To do that we collect business contact details — company name, business email address, business phone number, country and website — from publicly available sources such as company websites, public business directories and search engines.

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not access private accounts.

Every outreach email we send includes a way to opt out. If you ask us to stop, we stop, and we keep only the minimum record needed to make sure we do not contact you again.

We write to business addresses about business matters. If our email reached you at a personal address and you would rather not hear from us, reply to it or use the opt-out link and we will remove you.
