- Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
- We are a manufacturer. Dongguan Tianying Mold Fitting Limited runs its own production facility with in-house CNC machining in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Your enquiry goes directly to the people who make the parts.
- Can you make parts from our own drawings or samples?
- Yes. Custom manufacturing from customer drawings or physical samples is our main business. Send us a drawing (STEP, IGES, DWG or PDF) or a sample part and our engineers will review feasibility and the machining plan with you.
- What types of mold parts do you produce?
- Mold cooling components and water fittings — quick couplings, water nipples, sockets, sealing plugs, manifolds, air valves and hose clamps in German, American, French and Japanese standards, plus custom mold accessories. Everything is made to order rather than held in stock.
- What machining precision can you hold?
- We work to tolerances of ±0.01mm on imported CNC equipment. The achievable tolerance for a specific part depends on its geometry, material and surface requirements, so we confirm it against your drawing before quoting.
- Do you hold any quality certifications?
- Yes. Our quality management system is ISO 9001 certified, and we can provide the certificate and inspection documentation on request.
- How do I get a quote?
- Send your drawing or sample details through the inquiry form, or email us directly. Because every part is made to order we do not publish prices — a quote depends on material, tolerance, quantity and finish. Telling us the quantity and material up front lets us respond faster.
- Which languages can your team communicate in?
- We handle enquiries in Chinese and English. This website is also available in Japanese, Korean and Spanish.
